Paper submission is closed now. Authors of accepted papers should upload the
final versions of their papers to the
EasyChair Conference System by
April 21, replacing their original submission. The AH2008 proceedings will be published in the Springer series Lecture Notes in Computer Science:
- Judy Kay, Pearl Pu, Wolfgang Nejdl, Eelco Herder (editors): "Adaptive Hypermedia and
Adaptive Web-Based Systems - Fifth International Conference, AH 2008,
Hannover, Germany".
In addition to the PDF file, you need to send in your
source files (LaTeX or Word) along with a scanned copy of the
Springer Copyright Form (PDF download),
signed by at least one of the authors - possibly by all authors.
While creating the final version of your paper, please take care of the following:
- adhere to the Springer author guidelines by making use of the templates (see the example document with author instructions)
- properly take the reviewer comments into account
- add the author names and contact data (that were left-out for the blind review process)
- do not exceed the maximum length of the papers (full papers: 10 pages, short papers and demo papers: 4 pages, doctoral consortium papers: 5 pages)
Create a
zip-file containing the following items:
- the final PDF of your paper (in a folder named 'pdf')
- the LaTeX or Word source files of your paper (in a folder named 'src')
- the scanned, signed Springer copyright form (in a folder named 'copyright')
To upload the zip-file, login to
EasyChair and go to the tab 'My Submissions'. Select 'Submit a New Version' from the menu on the right side of your screen.
Alternatively, you can send us the copyright form
by fax to Marion Wicht (+49 511 762 19712).
Should you have any questions or should you encounter any problems, please
contact Eelco Herder immediately.
